Subs $3200 per team.
Due 30 April 2009.
Prompt payment There will be a $200 discount if fees are paid by 20 April 2009.
Bond BNU requires a $200 per team to prepay 2009 fines. 2008 bond refunds can be transferred to 2009 bonds or fees. Masters Teams do not have to pay bond.
Fines The team-as-a-whole is responsible for the payment of both player fines (e.g. red card) and team fines (e.g. no team card). Outstanding 2008 fines must be paid before 30 April 2009.

Kit and equipment Only essential equipment will be purchased.
Removal from competition The club will have no choice but to remove teams from the competition if their fees and fine are not paid in full before 30 April 2009. This is the last date it can remove a team from the competition with out financial penalty.
Teams need to be aware that BNU will not be able to re-enter teams in any division in 2010. This is because Capital Football has capped the competition at its current size (due to ground pressures).
Personal responsibility Pleading ignorance will not exempt your team from fees or the consequences of not paying them. If you have not heard from your team rep this season, take the responsibility yourself to get your team’s fees to the committee.
